Enjoy some homemade wild grown Texas Dandelion Blossom Jelly!
You might ask "What are Texas Dandelions doing growing in Florida??" These pretty flowers are in the Aster family of plants and are also known as Carolina Desert-Chicory. They are generally regarded as a weed, BUT, who knew a weed could taste so good!
A truly unique flavor of honey with a tinge of lemon, light and floral. We like to call it "Sunshine in a Jar"!
The flowers sourced for this jelly were grown wild on our family farm of 27 acres.
A quantity of 1 is for a single 8oz jar.

My dandelion jelly came in on time. I received updates from the seller, and had excellent interaction with them. The package was mailed in a air sack which I have never seen better packaging for a glass jar before. The jelly is pretty accurate with the description, saying its a bit of sunshine. It is very sweet, and then you get a taste of the lemons brightness, and it finishes off with a hint of delicate honey. The consistency Is more like honey, but you can spread the dandelion jelly as well, but it isn't as thick as jelly. It melts in hot tea very well, and as described. It tastes good on toast too. I loved interaction. The shipping updates, the customer service, and the product itself. I personally would highly recommend this dandelion jelly as it is a fresh product you can't buy off the store shelf. The experience was good

Light jelly for just a little bit of sweet taste for biscuits or toast in the morning. Never had it before but very nice!

Well, it's tasty but not as buttery aromatic as I remember. Could be the batch. I'll try the Rose and see how that is.
