You might ask "What are Texas Dandelions doing growing in Florida??" These pretty flowers are in the Aster family of plants and are also known as Carolina Desert-Chicory. They are generally regarded as a weed, BUT, who knew a weed could taste so good!
A truly unique flavor of honey with a tinge of lemon, light and floral. We like to call it "Sunshine in a Jar"!
The flowers sourced for this jelly were grown wild on our family farm of 27 acres.

The dandelion jelly was so sweet and delightful, resembling honey as its not too thick. It's flavor is bright like sunshine! The seller kept me up to date with shipping info., and was happy to help if I needed anything. I recommend this product. The shipping was excellent. The jar was inside a bubble sack which protected the product completely. I don't think you'd be disappointed is this honey style jelly.
