Enjoy some homemade wild grown Texas Dandelion Blossom Jelly!
You might ask "What are Texas Dandelions doing growing in Florida??" These pretty flowers are in the Aster family of plants and are also known as Carolina Desert-Chicory. They are generally regarded as a weed, BUT, who knew a weed could taste so good!
A truly unique flavor of honey with a tinge of lemon, light and floral. We like to call it "Sunshine in a Jar"!
The flowers sourced for this jelly were grown wild on our family farm of 27 acres.
A quantity of 1 is for a single 8oz jar.

Light jelly for just a little bit of sweet taste for biscuits or toast in the morning. Never had it before but very nice!

Well, it's tasty but not as buttery aromatic as I remember. Could be the batch. I'll try the Rose and see how that is.
