Camellia bushes are one of our favorite sights on the farm during the colder months—just when most things have gone quiet, they surprise you with those beautiful blooms and little pops of color against the winter landscape.
Our Camellia Jelly is crafted using fresh-picked flowers from bushes planted right here on our family farm, harvested at their peak and made in small batches at Bright Acres Homestead. Each jar captures the delicate nature of these blooms and the care that goes into preserving something so fleeting.
This jelly has a light, floral sweetness with a smooth, clear appearance that feels just as special as the season it comes from. It’s gentle, elegant, and truly one-of-a-kind.
Enjoy on warm biscuits and toast, pancakes, or scones. It’s also lovely paired with cream cheese or added to a tea-time spread for something a little unexpected.

I'm still trying the jellies rather slowly, but I don't want to not leave some reviews in the meanwhile! This is my second order from this seller, and I've enjoyed the camellia and magnolia jellies a lot! Shipping was very fast for me, and the jars come packed surrounded in inflated plastic to ensure no breakage. The flavors are unique and just a fun treat. The seller is also friendly and proactive, and gave me a heads-up on when things were about to ship out, and so on. I would gladly, and will continue, to order from this seller again. It'll take me a while to get through all these jellies though lol
